It’s not one talent or skill that makes Izabella Adams a "Beast" and so highly admired and recruited – it’s the total package.
If all you care about are strikeouts, then she’s not your girl. It’s the Bundle that makes her special.
To start with, she is very humble!
She thrives on competition and is not intimated by powerhouse HS Teams.
Is she the best pitcher in softball, no, not even close, but she finds a way to get the job done. She has an arsenal of pitches and throws hard for her size and age.
Izabella has incredible awareness in the circle and her athletic ability and reactionary time makes for some magical moments.
She is fearless and handles pressure better than most college players.
She has a positive attitude and is very respectful to her coaching staff.
She demonstrates exceptional composure, poise, and a confident presence when in tight spots.
She is a leader and works to help others to improve their skills.
Leads by example.
She is human and like every other athlete or competitor, she makes mistakes, she has good days and bad days.
Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. She is a champion and can help an ok team become very competitive-and she has done so many times. That said, you have got to be willing to lose it all – but don’t give up on her and she will not stop fighting for you.
She has an iron glove – rarely misses a catching opportunity.
She has a rare mental toughness and never gives up!
She plays up, competes at the highest level without fear of failure. She believes that every loss and win are both opportunities for her to improve.
She loves the softball life and brings hope to teams and excitement to the game.
She’s very fast and loves to steal bases.
She has a big bat (Thunderstick) for her size.
She learns fast, conditions constantly, trains hard, and plays like a savage.
She has been well trained in all positions but catcher and has excelled at shortstop and second base.
She is passionate and has a winning spirit!
She is dependable and consistent.
She rarely complains and is very loyal!
She has the respect of many coaches, directors, umpires, and recruiters. She has a large fan base that is growing rapidly.
She is always willing to sacrifice and battle to the end for her teammates.
So, once again, if all you care about is the strike-out percentage then it’s best to find someone else.
If you’re looking for a striker only and don’t want a package like hers, then happy hunting. We wish you the best.
